Tabor Home and Valhaven provide complex care services for seniors. Both facilities serve residents who are unable to live independently and require 24-hour access to nursing care.
Full time clinical care, meal services, laundry and housekeeping provide a safe and secure environment with a focus on health and wellness.
To ensure that social and emotional needs are met, seniors also have access to onsite spiritual care, social work services, therapeutic recreation, and rehabilitation.

Tabor Home was built in 1959 by a group of Mennonite Churches in order to care for the elders in the community as they aged. From its modest beginning, Tabor Home expanded to its current size with space for 118 people.
Today, Tabor Home provides not just clinical care, but spiritual care, life enrichment therapeutic services, and both mental and emotional support to seniors who are no longer able to live independently

The process of moving is coordinated in partnership with the ACCESS program of the Fraser Health Authority.
The Fraser Health Authority also provides the operational funding. The BC Ministry of Health determines the monthly user fees.

Valhaven Home
Acquired by Tabor Village in 2015, Valhaven is a small home located in a pastoral setting in the Mt. Lehman area, near Downes Road in Abbotsford.
With only 26 beds, residents here enjoy a quiet and relaxed environment.
With its small home size, Valhaven offers the same signature services and care from the heart that the Clearbrook campus provides.
