Welcome to Tabor Village
We’re committed to ensuring the health and safety of our residents and visitors. Please observe the following guidelines during your visit:
Masks
Masks are optional but may be required if we are in enhanced monitoring or an outbreak.
All Visitors Welcome
We open our doors to all visitors, regardless of vaccination status.
Enhanced Monitoring & Outbreak
In the event of an increased presence of an illness at the care home, Tabor will be required by Public health to enter a status of Enhanced Monitoring or Outbreak protocols. During this time,in addition to enhanced infection control processes, visitors may be required to wear masks and limit visits to essential visits only.
