Tabor Home Society is searching for a collaborative, servant leader with a clinical background to join their team as Director of Care (DOC).
The DOC organizes and oversees all nursing operations of the facility. They create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies, ensuring all personnel will be able to do their best in caring from the heart for all residents. As DOC, you will participate in the development and evaluation of the resident care programs, as well as initiate and monitor quality improvement activities.
